Hello and welcome to The Cheese Church Bulletin, a monthly newsletter where I preach about a cheese and tell you how to pair her. Each dispatch will feature one of my favorite seasonal cheeses and detail where she comes from, how to serve her, and, most importantly, where to buy her.
The Bulletin arrives on the last Wednesday of the month, and features a ton of pairing ideas and information about any releases, projects, or special events. While the main newsletter is free, paid subscribers will also get a mid-month bonus post featuring exclusive seasonal cheese pairings, recipes, plates, giveaways, and more perks for just $5 a month. THANK YOU! I’m so glad that you’re with me on this new venture. My mission here is to create a sacred space for us all to enjoy a little luxury in the form of cheese: a sacred manifestation of flora and fauna that empowers us to transcend the chaos of daily life by grounding ourselves in the present.
I’m also excited to break out of my social media box. As grateful as I am for my platform and all it has blessed me with, I often feel stuck on the reels/TikTok grind. Sometimes I want to show you guys a pairing idea without spending hours on a video and worrying whether or not the algorithm picks it up. I’m also scared the social media carpet is going to get ripped out from under me at any moment, and, due to my risqué branding, I’ve been blocked from earning money on a lot of platforms. No matter how much you love your job, it’s hard to stay motivated without the financial reward.
Anyway, all this is to say, thank you so, so much for being here. I can’t wait to worship Cheesus with you!
